2020 Corporate Social Responsibility report for Starbucks, the worlds largest coffeehouse chain and conceptual Starbucks CSR sub brand. Starbucks has made huge strides over the last few years to ensure they meet their environmental, conservation and community goals by 2030. I was unaware that they released this report every year (and I grew up in Seattle!), which is what inspired me to push the CSR report into a full fledged campaign that aims to educate the general public of Starbucks’ progress, highlight their achievements, and reiterate their goals for the work to come.
The system includes a secondary identity, a printed report, website, series of infographics and icons, social media campaign, print + digital ads, and in store retail advertising. Designed to stand out while remaining recognizable in order to signal to both new and old customers that Starbucks is upholding their commitments to create a better future.
